1. Nature of Services

Alankriti® is a couture design studio offering:

  • Custom-crafted garments and made-to-order designs
  • Designer wear and premium apparel
  • Curated fabric selections
  • Personalized styling and consultation services

2. Orders & Customization Policy

  • All orders are created specifically as per individual measurements and approved design specifications.
  • Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations or major modifications may not be possible.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approvals.
  • Minor variations may occur due to fabric characteristics, handwork, and finishing techniques.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
  • An advance payment is required to initiate any order.
  • Full payment must be completed prior to delivery or dispatch.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations.

4. Delivery & Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on design complexity and order volume.
  • Expedited/urgent orders may incur additional charges.
  • While we strive to meet committed timelines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.

5. No Return / No Refund Policy

All custom-made and stitched products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Fabric once cut or processed cannot be returned.
  • Returns, if any, are considered only in cases of significant manufacturing defects.

6. Alteration Policy

  • Limited alterations may be offered within a defined period post-delivery.
  • Alterations are subject to feasibility and may incur additional charges.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location.
  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

8. Intellectual Property, Trademark & Brand Protection

All designs, content, images, logos, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Alankriti Fashions Pvt. Ltd.

“Alankriti®” is a registered trademark of Alankriti Fashions Pvt. Ltd.

Brand Misuse Protection

  • Any unauthorized use of the brand name, logo, identity, content, or visual assets is strictly prohibited.
  • This includes use in marketing, resale, imitation branding, or digital platforms without explicit written permission.
  • Legal action may be initiated against individuals or entities found misusing the brand in any form.

Design Copy Protection

  • All designs created, developed, or showcased by Alankriti® are proprietary and protected.
  • Copying, reproducing, replicating, or deriving similar designs for commercial or personal use without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • This includes replication by customers, tailors, manufacturers, or competing businesses.
  • Any such act may result in legal proceedings and claims for damages.

Customer Usage Restriction

  • Any designs, sketches, concepts, references, or images shared by Alankriti® with a customer (digitally or physically) are provided strictly for the purpose of order execution with Alankriti® only.
  • Such materials shall not be used for reproduction, sharing with third-party tailors/designers, or replication elsewhere.
  • Proceeding with design discussions, approvals, or order placement implies acceptance of this condition.

9. Customer Data & Privacy Protection

We respect and are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and dignity of our clients.

Data Collected

We may collect and store:

  • Personal details (name, phone number, email, address)
  • Measurement records
  • Outfit images and trial photos
  • Face photographs (for fitting, styling, or reference purposes)

Data Usage

  • Customer data is used strictly for order processing, fitting accuracy, styling reference, and service improvement.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Image & Content Usage (Strict Privacy Policy)

  • Client photos (outfits or face) are not used publicly by default.
  • Alankriti® maintains a strict privacy-first approach, and all customer images remain confidential.
  • In rare cases, we may request explicit permission from selected clients to showcase specific work.
  • Such usage will only be done after clear consent and strictly within agreed scope.

Data Protection Commitment

  • We take appropriate measures to ensure customer data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
  • Sensitive information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Customer Rights

  • Customers may request non-retention or deletion of their images/data (subject to operational or legal requirements).

10. Limitation of Liability

Alankriti® shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
